摘　　要：当前国内很多高校图书馆通过开展各类型的电子书阅读推广活动来促进电子书的利用,但是阅读推广活动的效果如何却很难作出评价。本文将应用SWOT分析法及平衡计分卡法,对高校图书馆电子书阅读推广绩效评价指标进行研究并完成初步构建,旨在更好地帮助高校图书馆实现电子书阅读推广。At present, many university libraries in China have carried out various types of e-book reading and promotion activities to promote the use of e-books, but it is very diffcult to evaluate the effect of reading activities. This paper will use SWOT analysis method and balance integral card method to study the performance evaluation index of e-book reading and promotion in university library and complete the preliminary construction. It aims to help the university library to realize e-book reading and promotion.
