摘 要:基于小浪底水库运用前后黄河下游窄河段的河道形态变化,利用MIKE11模型,对黄河下游艾山—泺口窄河段2000年、2003年、2013年洪水过程进行模拟。根据实测资料进行了河床糙率率定及模型检验,并分析不同年份洪水水位流量的变化、洪峰沿程折减以及洪水传播时间变化。结果表明:小浪底水库进行调水调沙以后,黄河下游窄河段过流能力增强,河道对洪水的沿程削峰能力减弱,洪水传播时间缩短。After the operation of Xiaolangdi Reservoir,the channel shape of the narrow reaches of the lower reaches of the Yellow River has been changed. The flood evolution process of 2000,2003 and 2013 was simulated with the help of MIKE11 model in Aishan-Luokou narrow reaches of the Lower Yellow River. Based on the measured data,the determination of river bed roughness rate and model test were carried out and the variations of flood water level,flow rate,peak runoff reduction and flood propagation time in different years were analyzed. The results show that after the flow and sediment regulation of Xiaolangdi Reservoir,the flowing capacity of the narrow reach of the Lower Yellow River has been increased,the peak-reduction capacity of the channel to flood along the river has been reduced and the propagation time of flood has been shortened.
