清末民初张謇盐务改革动因探析

摘　　要：张謇是中国盐务早期现代化过程中的重要旗手,在清末民初积极推动了中国的盐务改革。张謇执着于盐务革新,直接动因是为了清除传统盐政的弊端,消弭盐政主权的危机,纾解国家的财政困境,内在的思想理路则在于实业救国。张謇是近代史上一位充满爱国情怀的盐务改革家。Zhang Jian is an important bearer in early modernization of Chinese salt administration. During the period of late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China, he actively promoted the reform of Chinese salt administration. Zhang Jian dedicated himself to the reform, directly aiming at eliminating the malpractice of traditional salt administration, relieving China from its salt sovereignty crisis and easing the financial difficulties of the country. The inner thought of Zhang Qian＇s reform is saving China with industry. He is a salt administration reformer fijll of patriotism in modern Chinese history.
