摘　　要：面向信息化战争向智能化战争发展的趋势,提出了结构化数据为中心、作战规划驱动网络规划及场景定义组网形态的新一代战术数据链设计思路。该思路充分借鉴了移动通信新技术,包括基于控制云、转发云和接入云的软件定义网络(SDN)架构,蜂窝网、Mash网和自组网等多种无线网络形态,以及大规模智能天线阵技术、先进的调制编码方案、多址技术和协作通信技术等新型无线传输技术,提升了新一代战术数据链宽带、鲁棒性和实时传输能力。Aimed at the trend of the information war towards the intellectualized war, the design thinking of the new generation of tactical data link is proposed, such as the structured data cen-ter, the network planning driven by the operational planning and the network configuration de-fined by the scenario. This thinking takes full advantage of the new mobile communication tech-nology, including the software defined network （SDN） network architecture based on the control cloud, the transfer cloud and the access cloud, the multi-wireless network topology of the cellu-lar, the Mash net and the mobile Ad Hoc net, and the advanced wireless transmission technolo-gies of the large-scale intelligent array technology, the novel modulation coding scheme, the mul-tiple access technology and the collaborative communication technology. These technologies can improve the broadband, robustness and real-time transmission capabilities of the new generation of the tactical data link.
