摘 要:采用高效生物聚合硫酸铁絮凝剂对含氟、氯废水进行了混凝实验。实验结果表明:随着生物聚合硫酸铁絮凝剂投加量的增加,F^-、Cl^-的去除率升高;随着废水pH的增加,F^-、Cl^-的去除率先升高后降低,pH过低和过高都会破坏絮体影响絮凝反应效果。生物聚合硫酸铁絮凝剂去除F^-的最佳工艺条件为:投加量3.3%(体积分数),pH在5~6之间,反应时间5 min,F^-去除率达98.41%以上,残余F^-浓度为2.39 mg·L^(-1)以下,低于国家《铅、锌工业污染物排放标准》(GB 25466—2010)规定的限值;生物聚合硫酸铁絮凝剂去除Cl^-的最佳工艺条件如下:投加量15%,pH在1.6~3.6之间,反应时间15 min,Cl^-去除率达56.26%以上,出水Cl^-浓度为437.42 mg·L^(-1)以下。进行了生物聚合硫酸铁絮凝剂与化学合成聚合硫酸铁絮凝剂絮凝对比实验,发现生物聚合硫酸铁絮凝剂具有絮凝效果好,二次沉淀少等优势。对实验数据进行动力学模拟,发现生物聚合硫酸铁絮凝剂对氟、氯离子吸附符合Lagergren二级动力学模型。The removal of fluoride and chloride from wastewater coagulation experiments with highly efficient bio-polymeric ferric sulfate were introduced. The experiment results show that the removal rates of F^- and Cl^- increased with increasing the dosage of bio-polymeric ferric sulfate. When the pH increases,the treatment efficiency of F^- and Cl^- rises at the beginning then declines. Whether pH is too low or too high that will destroy the floccules,then affect the flocculation. In addition,when the dosage of bio-polymeric ferric sulfate is 3. 3%( volume fraction),pH is 5 ~ 6,the reaction time is 5 min,the removal rates of F^- is above 98. 41%,and the residual concentration of F^- is below 2. 39 mg·L^-1,which is lower than the emission standards of pollutants for lead and zinc industry. When the dosage of bio-polymeric ferric sulfate is 15%( volume fraction),pH value is 1. 6 ~ 3. 6,the reaction time is 15 min,the removal rates of Cl^- is above 56. 26%,and the residual concentration of Cl^- is below437. 42 mg·L^-1. The experiments with flocculation show that the flocculating efficiencies and secondary sedimentation of the self-made bio-polymeric ferric sulfate is obviously superior to the commercial polymeric ferric sulfate.Fitting the dynamic equation by experimental data showed that the pseudo-second-order model could be used to simulate the adsorption of fluoride and chloride on bio-polymeric ferric sulfate.
