摘  要:为探索EM菌对秀珍菇菌糠堆肥发酵过程的影响,研究了以EM菌作为促进剂的秀珍菇菌糠堆肥发酵63 d期间的温度、pH、TOC、N、P、K、C/N、总养分(N+P_2O_5+K_2O)和重金属Cu、Zn、Fe含量的动态变化规律。结果表明,t-test统计分析显示,试验组(添加EM菌)和对照组(未添加EM菌)的堆肥发酵过程温度、N、P、K、C/N、总养分和重金属Cu含量动态变化存在显著性差异(P<0.05);而pH、TOC和Zn、Fe含量动态变化不存在显著性差异。添加EM菌的秀珍菇菌糠经过63 d堆肥发酵,最终pH为8.5,TOC含量为599.4 g/kg,N含量为25.8 g/kg,P含量为384.1 mg/kg,K含量为21 951.7 mg/kg,C/N为23.3,总养分为42.29 g/kg,重金属Cu含量为22.89 mg/kg,Zn含量为78.85 mg/kg、Fe含量为1 276.64 mg/kg。从研究结果可以得出,EM菌可有效促进秀珍菇菌糠堆肥腐熟。To explore dynamic effect of EM application on composting fermentation process of spent mushroom substrate of Pleurotus geesteranus,dynamic changes of the addition of EM of P. geesteranus compost fermentation during 63 d of temperature,pH,TOC,N,P,K,C/N,total nutrient and heavy metal content of Cu,Zn,and Fe.As results,t-test statistical analysis showed that there was significant difference( P〈0. 05) in the temperature,N,P,K,C/N,total nutrient and heavy metal Cu content of the experimental group( adding EM) and control group( without adding EM) during the composting fermentation process,except for pH,TOC,Zn and Fe. Spent mushroom substrate of P. geesteranus adding EM after 63 d of composting,the final pH value was 8. 5,the content of TOC was 599. 4 g/kg,the content of N was 25. 8 g/kg,the content of P was 384. 1 mg/kg,the content of K was 21 951. 7 mg/kg,C/N was 23. 3,the total nutrient was 42. 29 g/kg,the content of Cu was 22. 89 mg/kg,the content of Zn was 78. 85 mg/kg and the content of Fe was 1 276. 64 mg/kg. These results showed that EM could effectively promote composting fermentation process of spent mushroom substrate of P. geesteranus.
