摘 要:研究了聚氯乙烯聚合度、增塑剂种类及用量、抗冲改性剂种类及用量、Ca CO3用量对聚氯乙烯防水卷材力学性能的影响,探讨了增塑剂种类及用量对聚氯乙烯防水卷材耐老化性能的影响以及抗冲改性剂种类及用量对聚氯乙烯防水卷材抗撕裂性能的影响。结果表明:聚氯乙烯聚合度为1 300时,聚氯乙烯防水卷材的力学性能最佳;选用偏苯三酸三辛酯与邻苯二甲酸二辛酯以3∶2进行复配的增塑剂时,生产成本较低,制得的聚氯乙烯防水卷材的耐老化性能优异;复配的抗冲改性剂对提高聚氯乙烯防水卷材的抗撕裂性效果要好于单一的抗冲改性剂;填充30份Ca CO3能有效提高聚氯乙烯防水卷材的力学强度。The influences of polymerization degree of PVC, plasticizer type and dosage, impact modifier type and dosage, CaCO3 amount on mechanical properties of PVC waterproofing membrane are studied, and the influences of plasticizer type and dosage on aging resistance and the influences of impact modifier type and dosage on tear resistance are discussed too. The results show that mechanical properties of PVC waterproofing membrane are the best when polymerization degree of PVC is 1 300; the compound plasticizer of trioctyl trimellitate and dioetyl phthalate (3:2) bring the membrane low cost and excellent aging resistant performance; the composite impact modifier is better than single impact modifier on improving the tear resistance of PVC waterproofing membrane; the mechanical strength of PVC waterproofing membrane is improved significantly when the amount of CaCO3 is 30.
