摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜小儿腹股沟斜疝高位结扎术的临床效果。方法:收集我院2012年1月至2015年12月行腹腔镜小儿腹股沟斜疝高位结扎术60例患者的临床资料进行分析。结果:手术过程顺利,手术时间单侧约15~30 min,平均20 min,双侧约30~60 min,平均40 min。患儿术后疼痛轻,恢复快,愈合后腹部疤痕不明显。全部病例随访时间3~15个月,未见复发。结论:腹腔镜小儿腹股沟斜疝高位结扎术具有创伤小、疼痛轻、恢复快、住院时间短、美容效果好,值得临床推广。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic pediatric inguinal hernia high ligation.Methods：A total of 60 cases with laparoscopic pediatric inguinal hernia high ligation were collected and analyzed from January 2012 to December 2015 in our hospital.Results： All the operations were successful.The operation time was 15 ~ 30 minutes on unilateral,and average 20 minutes; the operation time was 30 ~ 60 minutes on bilateral,and average 40 minutes.The postoperative pain in children was light with fast recovery.The abdominal scar was not obvious after healing.All cases were followed up for 3 ~ 15 months and no recurrence was found.Conclusion： Laparoscopic pediatric inguinal hernia high ligation has small trauma with the strengths of light pain,quick recovery,short hospitalization time and good cosmetic effect,which is worthy to popularize.
