摘　　要：分析了从《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》职能调整后,放射性职业病危害监管面临的几个关键技术问题。从辐射防护专业化团队建立建设、监管盲区的管理形式和对策、公共安全检查引起的照射危害及职业照射的防护重点等方面给出了建议。Several key technical issues confronting the regulation of occupational radiation hazards are analyzed,against the background of function adjustment in Law of the People's Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases. Further work suggestions are put forward on aspects such as professional team building for radiation protection,management form of and countermeasures for regulatory limbo,public security inspection induced radiation hazards,and hot spots in occupational exposure control.
