摘　　要：根据国家相关标准要求,对某医院新建4台医用Ⅲ类X射线诊断机项目进行竣工环境保护验收监测及工作场所放射防护效果验收评价。本文基于验收测量点的检测剂量值,计算出辐射工作人员和公众人员所受的年剂量分别为1.8 mSv/a和0.004 8 mSv/a,均低于国家标准约束值。结果表明,该项目环境辐射水平达标,机房放射防护设施符合国家标准要求,达到竣工验收条件。In accordance with the requirements of relevant national standards, a project of four diagnostic medical apparatus at a hospital was evaluated for acceptance, mth respect to environmental protection monitor-ing and the radiological protection effect in the workplace. Based on dose data of measurement points, the an-nual doses for radiation staff and public are calculated to 1.8 mSv/a and 0.004 8 mSv/a, respectively, which are both lower than the relevant constraint values. It turns out that the pmject is compliance with nation- al standards,concerning the radiation level and machine room radiation protection devices, and the conditions of completion acceptance are met.
