摘  要:以蒙脱土负载路易斯酸为催化剂,超声辅助芳香醛和(硫代)巴比妥酸的缩合反应在水溶液中制备5-芳亚甲基巴比妥酸衍生物。考察催化剂种类、溶剂、反应温度、超声时间及原料物质的量的比值对产率的影响。筛选得到的最优条件为:蒙脱土负载氯化铜为催化剂,芳香醛与(硫代)巴比妥酸的物质的量比为1.2∶1.0,反应温度90℃,超声时间为8 min。在此条件下,产率87.5%~99.6%。催化剂循环使用3次,产率仍可达78.6%。5-arylmethylene barbituric acid derivatives were prepared in aqueous solution using aromatic aldehydes and (thio) barbituric acid as starting material and Lewis acid loaded montmorillonite as catalyst under ultrasonic conditions. The effects of the catalyst species, solvent, reaction temperature, ultrasonic time and the ratio of starting material on the yields were investigated. The optimal conditions were as follows: montmorillonite supported copper chloride as catalyst, the ratio of aromatic aldehyde to (thio) barbituric acid was 1.2: 1.0, 90℃, ultrasonic time is 8 min, yields range from 87.5% to 99.6%. Yield is still up to 78.6 % after the catalyst recycled for three times.
