摘　　要：通过对医务人员职业认同与稳定性相关文献的查阅,对医务人员职业认同与稳定性研究进行全面综述,内容包括职业认同与稳定性概念界定、国内外相关研究现状、职业认同与稳定性的测量方式及研究不足与展望,以期通过文献梳理,为相关研究的开展提供参考。Through looking up related articles of medical staff profcssional identity and stability, it comprehensively reviews medical staff profes- sional identity and stability. Main contents include concept definition of professional identity and stability, research status at home and abroad, measurement of professional identity and stability and limitations and prospects of studies. In order to provide reference for related researeh through combing literature.
