Observation on Effect of the Package of Fructus Evodiae Fried with Crude Salt Administrated by Hot Compress in Adjuvant Treatment of Pernicious Vomiting

摘　　要：目的:观察吴茱萸炒粗盐包热敷辅治妊娠恶阻的临床效果。方法:50例随机分为对照组与治疗组各25例,两组采用补液支持治疗,治疗组加用吴茱萸炒粗盐包热熨胃脘部。比较两组治疗后呕吐症状缓解程度及尿酮体改善情况,评估中医治疗效果及不良反应。结果:总有效率治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组呕吐症候积分及尿酮体积分水平较治疗前及同期对照组更优(P<0.05),并发症发生率治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:吴茱萸炒粗盐热敷辅治妊娠恶阻临床效果显著,能减轻症状,减少母儿并发症。Objective:To study the clinical effect of the packet of fructus evodiae and fried crude salt with hot compress in auxiliary treatment of pernicious vomiting. Method:50 cases were randomly divided into two groups, 25 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with the supportive treatment of drop liquid infusion while the treatment group were treated with the packet of fructus evodiae and fried crude salt with the hot compress on the gastric region in addition. The relief degree of emesis, improvements of urine acetone bodies as well as the clinical effect and adverse reactions for two groups were evaluated. Result: The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the clinical symptom scores of emesis and urine acetone bodies of the treatment group was superior to that before the treatment and that of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence rate of complications of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The packet of fructus evodiae and fried crude salt has an obvious effect in gravida with pernicious vomiting,which could relieve the symptoms and reduce the incidence rate of maternal and fetal complications.
