摘　　要：新的信息环境和用户服务需求推动图书馆转型发展。文章调查了新疆高校图书馆发展现状,借鉴国内外成熟经验,提出从转变发展理念、找准功能定位、完善资源建设、做好用户服务、推广技术应用等方面,推动新疆高校图书馆转型发展,并促进馆员创新能力提升。New information environment and user service demand promote library transformation. Based oninvestigation of the current situation of the university libraries in Xinjiang, referring to domestic and foreign matureexperience, the paper puts forward the strategy of library transformation according to the actual situation.
