摘  要:随着智能产品的广泛应用与推广,电路板的微小钻加工趋势也愈发明显。但微孔加工技术不仅受制于小钻头刃长,更多面临加工精度、断钻头等现实问题困扰。涂层铝片是一种独特的创新盖板,可使电路板制造业用户获得微小孔径的最佳精度,并可同时有效减少断钻头。涂层铝片由无污染载板(即铝片)和专用涂层组成,独特的表面便于钻头在进入生产板前对准和稳定。With the widespread application and promotion of smart products, the trend of micro-drilling of PCB has become more and more obvious. However, the small drilling technology is not only limited by the drill-bit blade length but also lacing the hole accuracy, broken drill-bit and other practical problems. The coated aluminum sheet is a unique innovative entry board, which can make the PCB's company obtain the best accuracy of micro hole, and can effcctively reduce the broken drill-bit. The coated aluminum sheet is composed of a non- polluting carrier plate aluminum sheet and a special coating. The unique surface facilitates the alignment and stabilization of thc drill-bit before entering the products.
