摘　　要：以西安航天基地某安置小区为例,针对西安地区低成本住宅的特点,分别讨论了预制混凝土叠合楼板、预制混凝土楼梯、预制混凝土叠合阳台及预制轻质内隔墙工业化技术在该安置小区项目中工业化应用的可行性与经济性,提出了具体的实施方案,可供相关设计和研究人员参考。This paper discusses the characteristics of prefabricated concrete superstructures, prefabricated concrete staircases, prefabricated con-crete superstructures and prefabricated lightweight interior partitions in the case of the low cost residential buildings in Xi5 an area, taking the re-settlement area of Xi？ an aerospace base as an example. The feasibility and economy of the industrial application in the district project, put for-ward the concrete implementation plan, which can be used for the relevant design and the researchersJ reference.
