摘　　要：介绍了目前在工程中抵抗地震的结构类别,基于简易调谐质量螺旋阻尼(TMHD)的理论基础,完成基本模型制作,通过运用HY-4A调速多用振荡器完成实验数据的采集,验证了阻尼器的良好抗震性能。The paper introduce seismic resisting structures in engineering at present, the model is basically completed built on the theory of Tuned Mass Helical Damper（TMHD） . And the damper5 s seismic performance is verified sound through the experimental data collected from the HY-4A multispeed oscillator.
