摘 要:在深水岩石钻孔爆破中,普通的乳化炸药由于水压及水的渗溶作用的影响,起爆感度和爆炸威力大幅降低,常出现未爆或半爆的情况,严重影响爆破效果。文章所介绍的是采用震源药柱与乳化炸药配合使用的一种新型技术,并对导爆管雷管及网络连续采取了一系列防护措施,提高了炸药在深水爆破中的起爆率和爆破效果,可大幅降低深水岩石钻孔爆破的补炸率和施工成本,经济效率和社会效益显著,具有广泛的应用前景。In deep-water rock drilling blasting, since the common emulsion explosive is affected by water pressure and water in-filtration, its detonation sensitivity and explosive power are greatly reduced, and the blasting effect is seriously affected by the failure or semi -explosion. This paper introduces a new technology which is used in combination of source charge and emulsion explosive, and a series of continuous protective measures are taken for detonator and network of detonator. Thus, the detonation rate and blast-ing effect of explosive in deep-water blasting are improved, the supplementary blasting rate and construction cost of deep-water rock borehole blasting can be greatly reduced, the economic efficiency and social benefit are remarkable, and it has a wide application prospect.
