摘　　要：从河北省11个设区市1952—2016年GDP增长,以及改革开放以来所采取的经济发展战略看,河北省的经济发展在京津冀地区一直处于扈从态势。要改变这种扈从态势,就要抓住雄安新区建设和冬奥会举办的机遇,从京津冀协同发展战略思考,着眼于推进河北省域经济一体化发展和主体化发展,实施"一体两翼"新战略,即以雄安新区建设和举办冬奥会为引擎和动力,着力提升河北主体经济,推进河北省域经济社会一体化发展。From the GDP growth of the eleven cities in Hebei Province from 1952 to 2016, and their econom-ic development strategies since the reform and opening up, Hebei Province ＇s economic development has al-ways played a squire role in Beijing- Tianjin-Hebei Region. To shift from a mere retinue, Hebei Province should grasp the opportunities of Xiongan New Area development and the Olympic Winter Games hosting, thinking from the coordinated development of Beijing- Tianjin-Hebei Region, with a focus to promote the e-conomy and regional economic integration in Hebei Province. Its “ one body and two wings ” new strategy means using Xiongan New Area and the Olympic Winter Games as the engine and impetus, to improve the e-conomy and the regional integration of economic and social development in Hebei Province.
