中药周期疗法联合西药人工周期治疗轻、中度宫腔粘连疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药周期疗法联合西药人工周期治疗轻、中度宫腔粘连的临床疗效。方法收集宫腔镜下确诊为轻、中度宫腔粘连患者88例,采用简单随机抽样法将其分为治疗组和对照组,各44例,2组均行药物保守治疗,对照组予补佳乐联合地屈孕酮序贯治疗(人工周期疗法);治疗组在对照组基础上联合运用中药周期疗法。观察2组患者治疗3个月经周期后月经量的恢复情况、中医证候的改善程度、B超监测下子宫内膜形态厚度的变化及宫腔镜下宫腔粘连评分改变情况。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,临床疗效更为明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的中医证候改善程度、IUA评分降低程度均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者子宫内膜厚度均较治疗前增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中治疗组增厚程度大于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药周期疗法联合西药人工周期治疗轻、中度宫腔粘连的临床疗效优于单用西药人工周期疗法,且无明显不良反应。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy o f treating mild and moderate intrauterine adhesion （IUA） with Chinese medicine cycle therapy and artificial cycle treatment. Methods Eighty-eight mild to moderate IUA patients were divided into treatment group and control group by simple random sampling methods （n=44）. The control group was treated with progynova and dydrogesterone while the treatment group received Chinese medicine cycle therapy plus the treatment for the control group. The changes of menstruation, accompanying TCM syndromes, form and thickness of the endometrium were measured and the IUA scores under hysteroscopy were recorded after treatment of three menstrual cycles. Results The to ta l e f f e c t iv e ra te in th e t r e a tme n t g ro u p was s ig n i f ic a n t ly h ig h e r th a n in th e control group, and the clinical effect was significantly better （P〈0.05）. The accompanying TCM syndromes in the treatment group were improved more significantly than in the control group （JP〈0.05）. The IUA scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than in the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the endometrium of both groups of patients became thicker （P〈0.05）, especially in the treatment group, but there were no significant between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine cycle therapy plus a r t if icial cycle treatment is superior to that of the single artificial cycle therapy, and no obvious adverse reactions can be observed.
