摘　　要：《红色中华》是中华苏维埃共和国临时中央政府的机关报,是中华苏维埃运动的喉舌,设置了多种法制专栏,因发行量最大、影响最广,起着中央苏区法制宣传教育主渠道、主阵地的作用,使广大苏区军民认同了新的法律理念,认同了新法制,从而空前拥护新政权,支持新民主主义革命。Red China was a government newspaper of the Chinese Soviet Republic Temporary Central Government, and the mouth- piece of the soviet movement. This paper set up a variety of legal column, which played a major role in the legal publicity and educa- tion of the Central Soviet Area. Those practices helped the army and the people in the Central Soviet Area accept the new laws, embrac the new regime and support the new-democratic revolution.
