海南电子商务人才供给中存在的典型问题与对策

摘　　要：随着"互联网+"战略的实施及海南电子商务的迅猛发展,海南电子商务人才的供需矛盾日益突出.针对这一问题,收集并统计了海南省主要高校电子商务专业近四年的招生数据,从需求侧和供给侧对海南电子商务人才培养中存在的典型问题进行了深入分析,并从政府、高校、行业协会三个视角分别提出了具体的对策建议.With the implementation of ＂ Internet ＋ ＂ strategy and the rapid development of e - commerce in Hainan, the contradiction between supply and demand of e - commerce talents in Hainan has become increasingly prominent. Based on the enrollment of e-commerce majors in universities and colleges in Hainan Province in the past four years, this paper ana-lyzes the problems existing in the supply of e - commerce talents in Hainan from the demand side and the supply side. This paper also puts forward corresponding countermeasures from perspectives of university, government and industry association respectively.
