摘　　要：马克思主义人学是高校科研激励机制实现自身价值的理论基础。从马克思主义人学视角来进行高校科研激励机制研究,首先要厘清高校科研激励机制的马克思主义人学内涵,准确把握马克思主义人学视域下的高校科研激励机制涵义、马克思主义人学与高校科研激励机制的关系;其次剖析马克思主义人学视域下高校科研激励机制存在的问题,突出表现在激励政策、激励方式和激励种类三方面;再次重点论述马克思主义人学对高校科研激励机制的启示,即准确定位人的价值观、构建形式多样的激励方式、促进人的自由全面发展。From the perspective of Marxist anthropology to research the incentive mechanism of scientific research in colleges and universities, first of all, we must clarify the Marxist humanism meaning of the incentive mechanism of scientific research in colleges and universities, grasp its implications accurately under the Perspective of Marxist humanity, the relationship between Marxist anthro- pology and the incentive mechanism of scientific research in colleges and universities; Secondly, we should analyze the problems ex- isting in incentive mechanism of scientific research in the perspective of Marxist anthropology, focusing on three aspects of incentive policies, incentives way and incentive type; Then we should emphasize the enlightenment of Marxist anthropology on the incentive mechanism of scientific research in colleges and universities, which is positioning of human values accurately, constructing a variety of incentives, promoting the free and comprehensive development of human beings.
