地方理工院校创新创业教育“三全”理念探究

摘　　要：地方理工院校作为推动社会经济发展和科技进步的中坚力量,在创新创业教育实践中发挥着重要的作用,同时也存在受众面较窄、教育资源薄弱、针对性不强等不容忽视的突出问题。文章以桂林理工大学在创新创业教育中实践"三全"理念为例,围绕创新创业教育到底培养谁、谁来培养、如何培养进行理论及实践探究。As the backbone of the development of social economy and the progress of science and technology, the local universi- ties of science and technology plays an important role in the practice of education of innovation and entrepreneurship, and there are also some problems that cannot be ignored, including a narrow audience, educational resources, being less targeted. This paper takes Guilin University of Technology in innovation and entrepreneurship education in the practice of the ＂Three All＂ idea as an example, makes a theoretical and practical study on who to cultivate, whom to be cultivated, and how to cultivate about education of innovation and entrepreneurship.
