树锦鸡儿枝条上的中国新纪录种真菌Stromatonectria caraganae

摘　　要：在黑龙江省哈尔滨市树锦鸡儿(Caragana spp.)枝条上发现了1种真菌,研究了其产生的分生孢子器和分生孢子的形态,并通过形态学和分子生物学鉴定,表明该真菌为子座丛赤壳属(Stromatonectria)真菌树锦鸡子座丛赤壳菌(S.caraganae)的无性阶段,为中国新纪录种。A fungus was found on branches of Caragana spp. in Harbin,Heilongjiang Province. The pycnidium and conidiospore of the fungus were studied in terms of their morphological and molecular characteristics. The fungus was identified as the anamorph of Stromatonectria caraganae,which belonging to Stromatonectria. This species is a newly recorded species from China.
