Effects of Temperature and Na Cl Stress on Growth and Physiological Indexes of Ammopiptanthus mongolicus Seedlings

摘  要:以蒙古沙冬青(Ammopiptanthus mongolicus)幼苗为材料,设定3个温度梯度(20、30、40℃)和6个Na Cl质量分数梯度(0、0.3%、0.6%、0.9%、1.2%、1.5%)处理,测定温盐交互胁迫30 d下蒙古沙冬青幼苗株高变化、比叶面积、光合速率、叶绿素质量分数、水势、叶片相对含水量、可溶性糖质量分数和脯氨酸质量分数等部分生长及生理指标。结果表明,温盐交互作用,尤其是高温和高盐胁迫同时存在时会更显著地对植株正常生长造成抑制。温盐交互胁迫对蒙古沙冬青幼苗株高变化、比叶面积、光合速率、叶片相对含水量、叶片水势和脯氨酸质量分数产生极显著抑制作用,对叶绿素质量分数有显著抑制作用,对可溶性糖质量分数没有显著影响,且高盐比高温胁迫对指标变化量的影响更大。We studied the physiological and ecological indexes of Ammopiptanthus mongolicus seedlings under the interaction of temperature and NaCl stress. We set three temperature gradients( 20 ℃,30 ℃,and 40 ℃) and six Na Cl concentration gradients( 0,0.3%,0.6%,0.9%,1.2%,and 1.5%) to measure the changes of plant height,specific leaf area,photosynthetic rate,chlorophyll content,water potential,relative water content,soluble sugar content and proline content in seedlings under 30 d. The interaction of temperature and Na Cl,especially in the presence of high temperature and high NaCl stress,could significantly inhibit the normal growth of plants. Temperature and Na Cl stress in A. mongolicus seedlings change,specific leaf area,photosynthetic rate,leaf relative water content,leaf water potential and proline content had significant inhibitory effect,had obvious inhibitory effect on chlorophyll content,had no significant effect on soluble sugar content,and the effect of high salt stress on the change of index was greater than high temperature stress.
