摘  要:三相分裂电容式逆变器在负载不平衡条件下,中线电流流入分裂电容,使得中性点电位发生脉动,影响三相输出电压幅值相位。而且中线电流增大需要更大容量的分裂电容以减小电压脉动,以保证三相电压对称,但电容容量的增大增加了逆变器成本和体积。针对由分裂电容本身的差异性和负载不平衡度增大时导致电容电压不均衡增大的问题,将高频变换电路用于三相分裂电容逆变器的前级,均衡分裂电容电压,提出了一种三相四线制逆变器中性点电压脉动抑制拓扑,并详细分析了其工作模态。经过仿真和实验验证,该拓扑结构有效地提高了逆变器对三相不平衡负载的抑制能力,同时降低了分裂电容的容量与体积。The mid wire current of three phase split DC link inverter flow into split capacitors under unbalanced load, causing the neutral point voltage ripple. The ripple will influence three phase output voltages′ amplitude and phase. Moreover,with the growth of mid wire current,in order to guarantee the symmetric three phase voltage, the split capacitor capacity has to be increased to decrease voltage ripple, but the increasing capacitor capacity will lead to a great addition of cost and volume. To solve the unbalanced voltage of split capacitor problem caused by capacitors′ divergence and the increasing of load imbalance, a high frequency converter was applied to the preceding stage of three phase split DC link inverter to balance the voltage of split capacitor,and a neutral point voltage ripple inhibition topology for three phase four wire inverter was proposed and its working models were analyzed. As the simulation and experiment results show, this topology improves inverter′s ability for restraining three phase unbalanced load and reduces the capacity and volume of split capacitor efficiently.
