摘  要:为探究LED光源对尾草履虫增殖的影响,在实验室条件下,暗期用不同LED光照处理尾草履虫,每隔24 h取样计数。结果表明,蓝、绿和白光促进尾草履虫增殖现象明显;各实验条件下,可用逻辑斯蒂模型对尾草履虫增殖进行拟合,但最大容量K不同;不同实验条件下,尾草履虫增殖特征值不同,对照组无光条件下的稳定期(4.83 d)和指数增长持续时间(2.30 d)均较长。研究提示,LED光源对尾草履虫增殖影响因光质不同而异。This study aims to investigate the effects of LED sources on reproduction of Paramecium caudatum. Under the laboratory conditions, Paramecium caudatum was treated by different LED sources in dark phase and counted every other 24 h. Reproduction of Paramecium caudatum obviously increased in blue, green and white LED source treatments. The Logistic curve may be used to describe the process of reproduction of Paramecium caudatum in all treatments, while the maximum capacity(K) was different in different treatments. Characteristic values of reproduction of Paramecium caudatum in different experimental conditions. The equilibrium phase(4.83 d) and exponential duration(2.30 d) in control group were longer than ones in experimental groups. Effects of LED sources on reproduction of Paramecium caudatum varied from light quality.
