摘  要:随着芍药属组间杂种的引种成功,其优良的观赏特性和极强的抗性得到广泛关注,但由于品种及数量稀少并较难购买,所以现有品种的扩繁问题值得关注。现对在引种地表现较好的、其原产于美国密苏里州的6个组间杂种品种Paeonia"Bartzella""Border Charm""Garden Treasure""Viking Full Moon""First Arrival""Lemon Dream"进行嫁接及嫁接后管护方法的系统试验研究。结果表明:6个品种的组间杂种嫁接成活率差别不大,但不定芽的着生位置对嫁接成活率影响较大,地面下白色或根茎处的红褐色的饱满不定芽嫁接成活率较高,可高达95%。距离根部越远的不定芽,其成活率越低,使不定芽得到最大程度的有效使用。同时进行鲜有使用的居地接嫁接试验,此法减少了根系的损伤,嫁接后使用塑料薄膜覆盖保温保湿,嫁接后得以成活,填补了组间杂种露地嫁接无法成活的空白。同时大大降低了人力物力,值得推广应用。With the successful introduction of hybrids between groups of Paeonia, its excellent ornamental characteristics and strong resistance have been widely concerned. However, due to the scarcity of species and quantity and their difficulty to purchase, the propagation of existing varieties deserves attention. Six groups of hybrid varieties of Paeonia “ Bartzella”, “ Border Charm’’,“Garden Treasure”,“Viking Full Moon”,“First Arrival” and “Lemon Dream”,which originated in Missouri, USA, are now graf-ted and grafted after management system test method research. The results show that the survival rates of the six varieties are not very different, but the location of the adventitious buds have a great influence on the survival rate of grafting. The survival rate of the full white bud under the ground or the reddish brown bud at the rhizome is higher, which can be as high as 95%. The lower the adventi-tious buds from the roots, the lower the survival rate, which makes the adventitious buds get the best use of. At the same time, the seldom used ground grafting test was carried out, which reduces the damage of the root system. Using plastic film after grafting is ben-eficial to improve the grafting survival rate, which fills the gap that intergroup hybrid field grafting cannot survive. At the same time, it reduces the manpower and material resources and is worth popularizing.
