摘 要:城市道路网由信号交叉口连接,平面信号交叉口在城市交通中起着重要作用,信号交叉口的服务水平直接影响着城市道路服务水平和通行能力。本文根据《美国道路通行能力手册》中以延误作为信号交叉口服务水平评价的单一目标,采集并分析了哈尔滨市多个典型城市十字型、丁字型平面信号交叉口的相关数据,通过考察分析信号交叉口的交通现状,给出确定交叉口延误的方法,并用"点样本法"对其进行延误计算。经过对实测数据的分析,给出了哈尔滨市典型平面信号交叉口服务水平的评估结果,为哈尔滨市的城市规划和交通管理提供参考。The urban signalized intersections are important part of urban road, which play important role in the connecting road. Its’ level of service ( LOS) impacts the traffic capability and road service of the whole city. In this paper, according to the United States road traffic capacity manual, the delay is used as a single target to evaluate signal intersection service level. The relevant data of typical cross and T-junction urban signalized intersections are collected and analyzed. Through the investigation and analysis of the traffic situation of signal intersection, the method of confirming the intersection delay is given, and the dot sample method is applied to calculate the delay. Through the analysis of measured data, evaluate LOS of urban signalized intersections in Harbin, so as to provide reference for urban planning and traffic management.
