黄芪当归大黄方治疗早中期糖尿病肾病疗效及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的:观察黄芪当归大黄方治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效及安全性。方法:将符合纳入标准的糖尿病肾病患者80例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各40例。对照组予以基础治疗,治疗组在基础治疗之上,予以黄芪当归大黄方为基础方的辨证加减中药治疗。治疗12周,比较两组疗效及安全性指标的变化。结果:两组基线资料差异无统计学意义;治疗组治疗前后比较,Hb A1c、尿白蛋白定量、尿酸等下降差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后比较,体重指数、Hb A1c、尿白蛋白定量、尿素氮、血肌酐、尿酸、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、血压等指标治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良事件的发生率两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在基础治疗之上,予以黄芪当归大黄方为基本方的病证结合治疗,在减轻糖尿病肾病蛋白尿、稳定肾功能、改善脂质代谢等方面是安全、有效的。Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effect and Safety of Hangqi-danggui-dahuang（ HDD） Formulation Treated on Diabetic Nephropathy（ DN） Early and Medium Stage. Methods：80 patients with DN were randomly divided into the HDD treatment group（40 cases） and control group（40 cases）,the control group was given the based treatment of western medicine,and the treatment group was given Chinese medicine HDD Formulation with based treatment,the effect and safety were observed and compared between the two groups after 12 weeks. Results：The reduction of Hb A1 c,Urinary albumin quantification and uric acid were statistical significance after treatment in treatment group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The reduction of BMI,Hb A1 c,Urinary albumin quantification,urea nitrogen,creatinine,uric acid,total cholesterol,Low density lipoprotein and blood pressure in the treatment group were better than that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The incidence of adverse events was not statistically different between the two groups（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：The HDD can reduce Urinary albumin quantification,improve renal function and lipid metabolism in DN,was a safe and effective therapy.
