基于健商理念的社区糖尿病患者健康教育管理研究

摘　　要：目的探讨健商理念在社区糖尿病患者健康教育中的应用及效果评价。方法选取福州市某社区居家2型糖尿病患者324例,采用数字表法将其分为干预组和对照组各162例,对照组实施常规糖尿病患者健康教育管理,干预组在此基础上实施以健商理念为指导的教育管理模式即组建健康教育团队,制订以"健康意识、健康知识及健康能力"为项目的方案。干预结束后,对两组患治疗依从性、血糖水平(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白)以及健商指数进行效果比较分析。结果干预前后干预组患者的治疗依从性提高;空腹血糖较对照组有所下降,餐后2 h血糖下降更为显著,糖化血红蛋白比较无统计学差异;患者健商指数得分高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论运用健商理念可有效提高社区糖尿病患者自我健康管理能力和治疗依从性,改善患者血糖水平,提高患者健商。Objective To explore the application and effect of health education management of diabetes patients in community based on the concept of health quotient. Methods Using the digital table method to divide 324 patients with type 2 diabetes in Fuzhou community into the intervention group and the control group with 162 cases in each group. The control group carried out conventional diabetes health education management. On the basis,the intervention group carried out the health education management based on the concept of health quotient to form the healthy education team,and formulate project with ＂ health consciousness,health knowledge and health capacity＂. After the intervention,the two groups of treatment compliance,blood sugar level（ fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood sugar,glycosylated hemoglobin） and the health quotient index were compared and analyzed. Results The compliance of the intervention group increased significantly. The fasting blood glucose of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group,and the blood glucose decreased significantly after meal,but the glycosylated hemoglobin in the two groups showed no difference. The health quotient index in the intervention group was higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 01 or P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Applying the concept of health quotient can effectively improve the self-management ability and treatment compliance of patients with diabetes in the community,improve the blood sugar level and the standard of patients＇ health quotient.
