摘　　要：吸烟是一个全球性问题,全球现有13亿吸烟者。目前吸烟是肺癌、肺气肿、心脏病等多种疾病的最主要的致病因素。烟草依赖被认为是一种慢性高复发性的精神和行为疾病。尼古丁疫苗是近年来开发的一种新的用于戒烟的免疫治疗方法。本文综述了尼古丁疫苗的作用机制,给药途径,并对新型递呈载体作了简要介绍。Smoking is a global problem. There are 1.3 billion smokers in the world currently and smoking a leading cause for lung cancer, emphysema, heart disease and other diseases. Tobacco dependence is considered to be a chronic relapsing mental and behavioral disorder. Nicotine vaccine as a new immune therapy for quitting smoking has been developed in recent years. This article reviews the mechanisms of nicotine vaccine, and routes of administration. The novel presenting carriers were also introduced briefly.
