摘　　要：目的分析2016年第四季度丙氨酰谷胺酰胺医嘱点评成效,以期对合理用药提供参考。方法临床药师逐月抽取2016年第四季度丙氨酰谷胺酰胺医嘱,根据20/80原则针对重点科室进行点评,运用PDCA循环法改进点评方法,在点评、反馈的循环中寻找有效的方法使点评有效。结果本院2016年第四季度丙氨酰谷胺酰胺使用量逐渐下降,全院不合理率由45.45%下降至12.35%,消化内科不合理率由50.00%下降至17.86%,合理率逐步提高。结论在医嘱点评中运用20/80以及PDCA法可以明显改善合理用药情况。Objective To provide reference for future prescriptions by analyzing alanyl glutamine prescriptions comments in the fourth quarter of 2016. Methods The clinical pharmacists chose alanyl glutamine monthly prescriptions in the fourth quarter of 2016, and commented on the key departments according to the principle of 20/80. The PDCA cycle was used to improve the comments. In the comment and feedback cycle, effect ways were found to comment. Results In the fourth quarter of 2016, the use of alanyl glutamine was decreased gradually, the irrational rate decreased from 45.45% to 12.35%, the irrational rate in the Gastroenterology Deptartment decreased from 50.00% to 17.86%. Conclusion The 20/80 method and PDCA cycle used in the prescriptions comments can significantly promote rational drug use.
