摘　　要：技术支持不同于技术研发,海外技术支持也有别于国内技术支持。从服务对象、活动产出、运行机制、管理特点、人员评价等方面,分析技术研发与技术支持的联系与区别;从勘探开发理念、管理、工作语言等方面,探讨海外技术支持与国内技术支持的特点。介绍国际大石油公司的全球技术支持体系,对中国石油企业完善海外业务技术支持体系提出建议。Technical support is different from technical R＆D and overseas technical support is also different from domestic technical support. The paper analyzes the relations and difference between the two aspects from the perspective of service object, output, operation mechanism, management characteristics and staff evaluation. It probes the features of overseas and domestic technical supports from exploration and development concept, management mode and working language. It also introduces the world-wide technical support systems of major international oil companies and gives the suggestions to improve the overseas technical support system of Chinese oil companies.
