摘  要:1 IntroductionIn Innovations in Knowledge Management: The Impact of Social Media, Semantic Web, and Cloud Computing, Liana Razmerita, Gloria Phillips-Wren, and Lakhmi C. Jain explore the process of knowledge management (KM), a means of "capturing, developing, sharing, and effectively using organizational knowledge" (p. v). The book aims to discuss the recent developments and trends of knowledge management, as well as present different perspectives on KM in terms of human factors, organizational culture, and technical infrastructure in the corporate context. The book focuses on the influence of the recent information and communication technology (ICT) revolution and growth of the social media age on KM technologies.
