东北农业产业结构调整现状及展望

摘　　要：深入推进农业供给侧结构性改革是当前农业工作的首要任务。东北地区是农业结构性矛盾最为突出的地区,也是推进农业供给侧结构性改革的重点地区。基于对黑龙江、吉林两省的实地调研,全面总结了东北地区农业产业结构调整的成效及存在的问题和困难,并从推进种植业结构调整、加快畜牧业发展、确保农民持续增收、扶持农产品加工业、加快玉米去库存等方面提出了推进东北农业产业结构调整的相关思路。It is the primary task of the current agricultural work to deepen the agricultural supply-side structural reform. The northeast region is the most prominent region of the agricultural structural contradiction in China, and it is also the key area to promote the agricultural supply-side structural reform. Based on the field investigation of Heilongjiang and Jilin, the authors comprehensively summarized the achievements, existing problems and difficulties of the agricultural industrial structure adjustment in Northeast China, and put forward furtherance ideas from promoting the adjustment of planting structure, speeding up the development of animal husbandry, ensuring the increase of farmers＇ income, supporting the agricultural products processing industry, quickening destocking of maize and other perspectives, for promoting the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure in Northeast China.
