摘 要:改进ASTM C1068试验方法,研究掺纳米SiO_2、纳米TiO_2和纳米CaCO_3水泥净浆的化学收缩,分析纳米材料在不同掺量和不同粒径情况下导致水泥净浆化学收缩的变化。试验结果表明:纳米颗粒的掺入导致水泥净浆的化学收缩增大;掺纳米SiO_2水泥净浆化学收缩与的粒径大小成反比,而且水泥净浆化学收缩不受纳米SiO_2掺量变化影响。掺纳米TiO_2水泥净浆化学收缩与粒径大小成反比,与掺量成正比。掺纳米CaCO_3水泥净浆化学收缩主要受掺量影响,并随掺量增加而增加;三种纳米颗粒,纳米SiO_2对水泥净浆化学收缩的影响最大。This paper aims at improving the ASTM C1068 Standard Test Method,doing research on the chemical shrinkage of cement paste with nano-SiO_2,nano-TiO_2 and nano-CaCO_3 and analyzing the change of chemical shrinkage of cement paste by nano-materials in different dosage and different particle size.The experiment data show that:a).the addition of nano-particle leads to an increase in the chemical shrinkage of the cement paste;b).with increasing the particle size,the chemical shrinkage of cement paste with nano-SiO_2 reduces obviously,and chemical shrinkage of cement paste is not affected by changes in nanoSiO_2 content.The chemical shrinkage of cement paste with nano-TiO_2 is inversely proportional to the particle size,while it is proportional to the content of the nano-TiO_2 content.The chemical shrinkage of nano-CaCO_3 cement slurry is mainly influenced by the content and increases with increasing content;c).the nano-SiO_2 has the biggest impact on the chemical shrinkage of cement paste over three kinds of nanoparticles.
