人性化管理在公安监管工作中的应用——以甘肃省镇原县看守所为例

摘　　要：公安监管工作是我国法治社会发展进程的重要环节,加强和改进新时期公安监管工作,既要注重现代科技手段的应用,又要注重对在押人员的人性化管理;既要保证刑事诉讼活动顺利进行,又要讲求社会管理效果最大化。本文通过对镇原县看守所坚持把严格规范执法和人性化管理并重的实践总结,重点阐述了人性化管理的内涵及其在公安监管工作中的意义,分析了当前公安监管工作的形势,指出了人性化管理在公安监管工作中的应用途径和运用原则,以期对新时期公安监管工作有所裨益。Public security supervision is an important link in the process of the development of the rule of law in our country. To strengthen and improve the public security supervision in the new era, we must pay attention to the application of modern scientific and technological means and pay attention to the humane management of detainees, not only keep Litigation activities proceed smoothly, but also stress the maximization of social management. This paper summarizes the connotation of humane management and its significance in public security supervision by adhering to the practice of strictly combining law enforcement with humane management in Zhenyuan County Detention Center. It analyzes the current situation of public security supervision and points out that the application of humane management in the work of public security supervision and application of principles, with a view of some benefit to the public security supervision work in the new period.
