摘　　要：鉴定意见作为八大诉讼证据之一,在诉讼过程中起到重要的作用。其真正发挥证明力的是由专业的司法鉴定人制作的书面结论性意见,也就是鉴定意见书。笔迹鉴定意见书是司法鉴定意见文书的一个类别。文章通过对实践中制作的笔迹鉴定意见书存在的问题的分析,根据笔迹鉴定的原理、步骤、规则,以及鉴定意见的证据规则,提出规范笔迹鉴定意见书制作的建议。Appraisal opinion plays an important role in litigation as one of the eight evidences of litigation. The true testimony is the written conclusion made by a professional forensic expert, that is, the opinion letter of appraisal. Writer identification of forensic opinion is a type of opinion instruments.Based on the analysis of the existing problems of handwriting identification in practice, the article puts forward suggestions on how to standardize the handwriting identification opinions according to the principles, steps and rules of handwriting identification and evidence rules of identification.
