摘　　要：警务技战术实战训练是提高在职民警战斗力的一项基础性工程。要提高认识,增加投入,把在职民警培训的重心迅速转移到警务技战术实战训练上来,有针对性地选择训练内容,大力运用多媒体和模拟实战教学手段,加强民警临战心理素质训练,调动民警参加警务技战术实战训练的积极性和主动性。Actual combat training of police tactics and tactics is a basic project to improve the combat effectiveness of police on the job. To raise awareness and increase input, the focus of on-the-job police training should be promptly shifted to actual training in police tactics and tactics. Targeted selection of training content should be made to make full use of multimedia and simulated physical teaching methods to enhance psychological training of civilian police and mobilize civilian police Participate in the police tactical and tactical combat training initiative and initiative.
