摘 要:采用ALB工艺处理重庆小城镇生活污水,分别考察了好氧区溶解氧DO、水力停留时间HRT、气提装置气量Q、污泥龄期SRT对处理效果的影响。结果表明,ALB工艺的最佳反应参数:好氧区溶解氧DO为2 mg/L,水力停留时间HRT为8 h,气提装置气量Q为1 L/min,污泥龄期SRT为15 d。在此条件下,COD、NH_4^+-N、TN、TP的去除率分别为89.0%、83.4%、66.1%、68.8%,达到国家污染物排放一级B标准。ALB工艺属紧凑节能型活性污泥法脱氮除磷新工艺,适合于中小城镇污水处理采用。This paper described a novel ALB process used to treat domestic sewage of small townships in Chongqing City.The influencing parameters including DO, HRT, air flow of the air lifter and SRT were investigated in an experiment with a bench-scale ALB unit. Results of the experiment showed that the optimal reaction parameters of ALB process were DO 2 mg/L,HRT 8 h, air flow of the air lifter 1 L/min, SRT 15 days. Under the optimal operation condition, the removal rates of COD,NH4^+-N, TN, TP were 89.0%, 83.4%, 66.1% and 68.8%, respectively. The effluent quality of the ALB unit met Class 1-B of the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant Wastewater. In conclusion, ALB process pre-sented a compact and energy-saving activated sludge technology for nitrogen and phosphorus removal, especially suitable for medium and small townships.
