摘  要:缠绕管式换热器具有结构紧凑、可同时进行多种介质换热、操作压力高、热膨胀可自行补偿、易于实现大型化等特点,是大型天然气液化工厂首选主低温换热器。在设计计算中,需要确定缠绕管式换热器的几何结构和尺寸大小,以便能在一定条件下满足一定的热负荷。因此本文给出了一个简单的管侧流动与换热数值模拟模型并与已有文献中的实验数据进行了对比验证了该模型的准确性,采用该模型模拟了不同结构参数下缠绕管式换热器管侧甲烷流动,通过正交试验分析,得到了一组较好的管侧结构参数,为缠绕管式换热器的设计提供了一个参考。The er in the large for a variety of spiral - wound LNG heat exchanger is the first choice for the main cryogenic heat exchang- - scale natural gas liquefaction plant since it not only has a compact structure and can work refrigerants' heat transfer, but also it can work at high operating pressure and its thermal expansion can be self - compensation. In the design calculations, the structures and size of geometric must be defined in order to meet the heat load under certain conditions. In this paper, a simple CFD model of tube - side flow and heat transfer in spiral - wound LNG heat exchanger verified by experimental data in the existing literatures was introduced and the simulation of tube - side flow for methane under dif- ferent structural parameters were presented. By analysis of orthogonal test, a better structural parameters of the tube - side were obtained. Furthermore, it provided a reference for the LNG heat exchanger. design of the spiral - wound
