摘 要:褐煤中含水量较高,直接用于电厂燃烧发电会导致锅炉热效率降低、厂用电率增加,而且运输费用高。以蒙东地区燃用褐煤的600 MW机组电厂为例,计算和对比干燥前和干燥不同水分工况下的锅炉热效率和燃料消耗量等参数,分析褐煤干燥对锅炉经济性的影响。结果表明,全水分为25.28%的褐煤在分别干燥10%、15%、20%水分后,锅炉出力不变的情况下,入炉燃料量分别降低12.76%、17.57%、22.22%,锅炉热效率将提高1.16%、1.61%、1.98%。送、引风机和制粉系统的厂用电率将明显降低,锅炉经济性明显提高。Moisture content is higher in lignite, directly used for power plant boiler thermal efficiency is lower, auxiliary power caused by burning power generation rate is increased, and the high cost of trans- portation. The gasification of lignite in MengDong area 600 MW power plant as an example, the calcula- tion and comparison under different moisture conditions before drying and drying parameters such as the boiler thermal efficiency and fuel consumption, analyzed the influence of lignite drying to boiler efficien- cy. Results show that the moisture content of 25.28% of lignite in drying were 10%, 15%, 10% re- spectively after water, under the condition of the boiler output unchanged, charging fuel quantity reduced by 12.76%, 17.57% and 22.22%, respectively, the boiler thermal efficiency will be increased by 1.16%, 1.61% andl. 98%. Send, induced draft fan and the coal pulverizing system of auxiliary power rate will decrease, the boiler efficiency improved obviously.
