摘　　要：文章以越南沿海一期燃煤电厂的一次绝缘子污闪停机事故为切入点,介绍了东南亚气候条件与电建项目的工业条件,回顾了此次绝缘子污闪事故的过程及后续分析、补救活动,分析了污闪发生的原因,并给出了东南亚地区项目在绝缘子污闪防治方面需要注意的问题及优化措施,以期为国内工程总包公司提供借鉴。This dissertation took Duyen Hal 1 Power Plant Project in Vietnam as an example,introduced a shutdown accident caused by insulators flashover.The climate conditions of southeast Asia and industrial condition of the project was introduced. The process of accident,the follow-up analysis and the remediation were reviewed.The reason,the key point and the optimization measure were mentioned, which can be used for reference for other EPC company.
