摘　　要：胰岛素自身免疫综合征（IAS）是一种罕见类型的低血糖症,某些中药膏方有可能诱发IAS,似与膏方内含有巯基的中药成分有关.本文引出含有巯基的中药和中药复方制剂以引起临床医生的重视,结合国内近30年报道的IAS探讨IAS诊治,从而提高对该病的认识,以期避免不必要的手术和严重不良后果的发生.Insulin autoimmune syndrome （IAS） is a rare type of hypoglycemia. Chinese herbal extract may induce IAS, which seems to be associated with some Chinese herb medicine ingredients of paste which contains sulfhydryl group. In order to attract the attention of the clinicians, we should raise awareness of the disease, and avoid unnecessary operation or serious adverse consequences. This paper reviewed domestic reports in lately 30 years of diagnosis and treatment of IAS, evaluated traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine compound preparations which contain sulfhydlyl group.
