摘 要:依据喇叭单元间距与波导同轴转换宽度的比值,提出不同形式的均匀直线阵天线结构设计。在两个喇叭侧板之间设置两片以上的喇叭片,这些喇叭侧板或喇叭片选用铝合金6061或相似铝合金材料。为了保证最终产品的变形较小,加工过程分粗铣和精铣加工,并增加了相应的热处理工序。相邻喇叭片之间装配构成喇叭单元,所有喇叭单元按照直线形式排列。该设计减小了天线体积和质量,减少了加工零件的种类,而且加工更容易,满足了不同电气指标要求的天线系列化设计需要。Different forms of uniform linear antenna array's structure has been developed according to the ratio of horn element's distance to width of waveguide coaxial converter. Two or more horn plates are arranged between the two horn curb plates which are made of aluminum alloy 6061 or similar aluminum alloy materials. The antenna is processed by coarse milling, machining and heat treatment process in order to ensure smaller final product deformation. Horn element is formed by adjacent horn plate, all horn ele- ments are arranged in a straight line. The design has the advantages of small size, light weight, fewer components, easy processing and is suitable for requirements of different electrical index for antenna serialization design.
