重庆市医疗废物环境管理现状及对策

摘　　要：以医疗废物分类收集、转移和处置等环境管理过程为标准,对2011—2015年重庆市医疗卫生机构数量、医疗废物管理现状进行统计分析,指出了重庆市医疗废物环境管理中存在的问题,并进一步针对重庆市环境保护要求和医疗废物环境管理需求,从明确主管部门职责、完善医疗废物处置收费制度、规范医疗废物分类收集、完善和创新医疗废物转移联单制度、统筹规划处置设施等方面,提出了医疗废物环境管理的对策和建议。Taking the environmental management process of medical waste classification, collection, transfer and dis- posal as the standard, the number of medical and health institutions and the medical waste management status were statistically analyzed in Chongqing from 2011 to 2015, and then the problems existing in the environmental management of medical waste in Chongqing were pointed out. Furthermore, for the requirements of environmental protection and medical waste management needs in Chongqing, the medical waste management countermeasures and suggestions were put forward based on the clearing departments responsibilities, improving medical waste disposal fee system, standardizing medical waste classified collection, improving and innovation of medical waste transfer manifest system, organizational disposal facilities.
