立式多层移动地板发酵仓及其液压系统设计

摘　　要：介绍了一种适用于中小规模发酵量的密闭式污泥好氧发酵反应器——立式多层移动地板发酵仓,为污泥好氧发酵工程提供了新的方案,并说明了其主体结构及其工作原理。对其液压系统的主要参数进行设计计算,根据工艺要求设计了电控液压回路系统,选用专用阀块。通过Automation Studio验证其可行性,液压缸的位移、流量仿真结果表明该液压系统符合工艺要求,运行可靠,为更深层次的仿真研究和系统优化提供了理论依据。A kind of closed fermentation reactor： vertical multi-layer walking-floor fermentation reactor was introduced, which is suitable for medium and small scale sludge quantity. It provided a new method for sludge aerobic fermentation engineering. The main structure and working principle were described. The design and calculation of the main parameters of the hydraulic system were carried out. According to the technological requirements, the electric control hydraulic circuit system was designed and used special hydraulic valve block. Through verifying its feasibility by Automation Studio, the hydraulic cylinder displacement and flow simulation results showed that the hydraulic system is in line with the requirements of technology, also reliable in operation. It provided a theoretical basis for further simulation research and system optimization.
