摘　　要：一些原设计采用旧规建设的建筑,经过二次装修建筑工程改造后,由于新旧规范的不同,需要完善与重新布置原有的消防系统,以确保建筑防火性能和固定消防系统发挥作用。以某商厦建筑隔墙工程改造的消防设计为例,分析了建筑隔墙改造工程实践中,新旧规范不同要求在建筑平面布置、室内固定消防设施、安全疏散设施和防排烟等系统设置中出现的问题,并针对问题提出整改措施,为执行新规范以后的隔墙工程建设改造设计提供参考。In the renovation of buildings constructed according to old fire code on building design, fire protection system of buildings must be improved and relocated according to the new fire code so as to ensure building＇ s fire pro- tection performance and give full play to fixed fire protection facilities when the building is on fire. This paper takes for an example the fire protection design of a commercial building partition wall renovation project. Due to the differ- ent requirements of old and new fire codes, there will be problems in planning the building＇ s layout, setting up in- door fixed fire protection facilities and safety evacuation facilities and smoke exhaust system in building partition wall renovation project. Targeting these problems, correcting measures are proposed to provide a reference for the imple- mentation of the new fire code in the design of partition wall construction.
